Read this user manual carefully before you use the appliance and save it for future
reference.
Danger
- Never immerse the motor unit in water or any other liquid, nor rinse it under
the tap. Only use a moist cloth to clean the motor unit.
Warning
- Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance corresponds to the local mains
voltage before you connect the appliance.
- Do not use the appliance if the plug, the mains cord or other parts are damaged.
- If the mains cord is damaged, you must have it replaced by Philips, a service
centre authorised by Philips or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a
hazard.
- Never let the appliance run unattended.
- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
- Do not touch the blades, especially when the appliance is plugged in. The blades
are very sharp.
- If the blades get stuck, unplug the appliance before you remove the ingredients
that block the blades.
Caution
- Switch off the appliance and disconnect it from the mains before you change
accessories or approach parts that move during use.
- This appliance is intended for household use only.
- Do not exceed the quantities and processing times indicated in the table.
- Do not process more than three batches without interruption. Let the appliance
cool down to room temperature before you continue processing.
Electromagnetic fields (EMF)
This Philips appliance complies with all standards regarding electromagnetic fields
(EMF). If handled properly and according to the instructions in this user manual, the
appliance is safe to use based on scientific evidence available today.
Overheat protection
This appliance is equipped with overheat protection. If the appliance overheats, it
switches off automatically. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down for 5 minutes.
Then put the mains plug back into the wall socket and switch on the appliance
again. Please contact your Philips dealer or an authorised Philips service centre if the
overheat protection is activated too often.
Before first use
Thoroughly clean the parts that will come into contact with food before using the
appliance for the first time (see chapter ‘Cleaning’).
Preparing for use

Let hot ingredients cool down before chopping them or pouring them into the
beaker (max. temperature 80 °C).

Cut large ingredients into pieces of approximately 2 cm before processing
them.
3
Assemble the appliance properly before plugging it into the wall socket.
Using the appliance
hand blender
The hand blender is intended for:
- blending fluids, e.g. dairy products, sauces, fruit juices, soups, mixed drinks and
shakes.
- mixing soft ingredients, e.g. pancake batter or mayonnaise.
- pureeing cooked ingredients, e.g. for making baby food.

Attach the blender bar to the motor unit (‘click’) (Fig. 2).

Immerse the blade guard completely in the ingredients (Fig. 3).

Switch the appliance on by pressing the normal or turbo speed button.

Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up and down and in
circles (Fig. 4).
Chopper (hR1364/1363 only)
The chopper is intended for chopping ingredients such as nuts, meat, onions, hard
cheese, boiled eggs, garlic, herbs, dry bread etc.
The blades are very sharp! Be very careful when handling the blade unit, especially
when removing it from the chopper bowl, when emptying the chopper bowl and
during cleaning.

Put the chopper blade unit in the chopper bowl (Fig. 5).

Put the ingredients in the chopper bowl.

Put the coupling unit onto the chopper bowl (Fig. 6).

Fasten the motor unit onto the chopper bowl (‘click’) (Fig. 7).

Switch the appliance on by pressing the normal or turbo speed button.
, If the ingredients stick to the wall of the chopper bowl, loosen them by adding
liquid or using a spatula.
, Always let the appliance cool down after chopping meat.
Whisk (type hR1364/hR1362 only)
The whisk is intended for whipping cream, whisking egg whites, desserts etc.

Connect the whisk to the coupling unit (Fig. 8).

Connect the coupling unit to the motor unit (‘click’) (Fig. 9).

Put the ingredients in a bowl.
Tip: Use a large bowl for the best result.

Immerse the whisk completely in the ingredients and to avoid splashing start
processing at normal speed by pressing the normal speed button. (Fig. 10)

Continue with turbo speed after approx. 1 minute by pressing the turbo speed
button.
Cleaning

Unplug the appliance and detach the accessories before cleaning.

Clean the beaker, the chopping bowl (HR1364/HR1363 only), the chopper
blade unit(HR1364/HR1363 only) and the whisk without coupling unit
(HR1364/HR1362 only) in the dishwasher or in warm water with some
washing-up liquid.
It is recommended to remove the rubber ring from the chopper bowl before
cleaning.

The blade unit of the blender bar and the whisk can also be cleaned while
still attached to the motor unit by immersing them in warm water with some
washing-up liquid and letting the appliance run for a while.

Wipe the motor unit, the whisk coupling unit (HR1364/HR1362 only) and the
chopper coupling unit (HR1364/HR1363 only) with a moist cloth.
Do not immerse the motor unit, the whisk coupling unit (HR1364/HR1362 only)
and the chopper coupling unit (HR1364/HR1363 only) in water.
Environment
- Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste at the end
of its life, but hand it in at an official collection point for recycling. By doing this
you help to preserve the environment (Fig. 11).
Accessories
You can order a direct-driven mini chopper (under service code number 4203 035
83450) from your Philips dealer or a Philips service centre as an extra accessory for
the HR1364, HR1363, HR1362 and HR1361.
Use the quantities and processing times of the mini chopper for this accessory.

Protección contra el sobrecalentamiento
Este aparato está equipado con protección contra el sobrecalentamiento. Si el
aparato se calienta en exceso, se apagará automáticamente. Desenchúfelo y deje
que se enfríe durante 5 minutos. Luego enchúfelo de nuevo a la toma de corriente
y vuelva a encenderlo. Si la protección contra el sobrecalentamiento se activa con

Antes de utilizarlo por primera vez

Preparación para su uso

Deje que los ingredientes calientes se enfríen antes de picarlos o de echarlos
en el vaso (temperatura máxima 80 °C).

Monte adecuadamente el aparato antes de enchufarlo a la toma de corriente.
Uso del aparato
Batidora de varilla
Esta batidora de varilla está diseñada para:
- Batir líquidos, por ejemplo: productos lácteos, salsas, zumos de fruta, purés,
batidos, mezclas de bebidas.
- Mezclar ingredientes blandos, por ejemplo, masa para tortitas o mayonesa.
- Hacer puré de ingredientes cocidos, por ejemplo: comida para bebés.

Monte el brazo de la batidora en la unidad motora (“clic”) (fig. 2).

Sumerja el protector de cuchillas completamente en los ingredientes (fig. 3).

Encienda el aparato pulsando el botón de velocidad normal o turbo.

Bata los ingredientes moviendo el aparato lentamente hacia arriba, hacia abajo
y en círculos (fig. 4).
Picadora (sólo modelos hR1364/1363)
La picadora está diseñada para picar ingredientes como frutos secos, carne, cebollas,
queso duro, huevos cocidos, ajo, hierbas, pan seco, etc.
Las cuchillas están muy afiladas. Tenga cuidado cuando manipule la unidad de
cuchillas, especialmente cuando la quite del recipiente de la picadora, cuando vacíe
éste y durante la limpieza.

Coloque la unidad de cuchillas de la picadora en el recipiente de la
picadora (fig. 5).

Ponga los ingredientes en el recipiente de la picadora.

Coloque la unidad de acoplamiento en el recipiente de la picadora (fig. 6).

El levantaclaras ha sido diseñado para montar nata y claras de huevo, para batir masas
blandas, etc.

Desenchufe el aparato y desmonte los accesorios antes de limpiarlos.

el lavavajillas o en agua caliente con un poco de detergente líquido.
Le aconsejamos que quite la junta de goma del recipiente de la picadora antes de
limpiarlo.

También puede lavar la unidad de cuchillas del brazo de la batidora y el
levantaclaras sin quitarlos de la unidad motora. Sumérjalos en agua caliente
con un poco de detergente líquido y ponga en funcionamiento el aparato
durante unos instantes.

Limpie la unidad motora, la unidad de acoplamiento del levantaclaras (sólo
modelos HR1364/HR1362) y la unidad de acoplamiento de la picadora (sólo
modelos HR1364/HR1363) con un paño húmedo.
No sumerja la unidad motora, la unidad de acoplamiento del levantaclaras (sólo
modelos HR1364/HR1362) o la unidad de acoplamiento de la picadora (sólo
modelos HR1364/HR1363) en agua.
Medio ambiente
- Al final de su vida útil, no tire el aparato junto con la basura normal del hogar.
Llévelo a un punto de recogida oficial para su reciclado. De esta manera, ayudará
a conservar el medio ambiente (fig. 11).
Accesorios
Puede solicitar una minipicadora (código 4203 035 83450) a su distribuidor Philips

Protection contre la surchauffe
Cet appareil est équipé d’un système de protection contre les surchauffes. Si l’appareil
est en surchauffe, il s’éteint automatiquement. Dans ce cas, débranchez l’appareil et
laissez-le refroidir pendant 5 minutes. Ensuite, rebranchez l’appareil et remettez-le
en marche. Si le problème de surchauffe persiste, contactez votre revendeur ou un
Centre Service Agréé Philips.
Avant la première utilisation
Avant la première utilisation, nettoyez soigneusement toutes les pièces en contact
avec des aliments (voir le chapitre « Nettoyage »).
Avant utilisation

Laissez les aliments chauds refroidir avant de les hacher ou de les verser dans
le bol (température maximale 80 °C).

Coupez les gros aliments en morceaux d’environ 2 cm avant de les hacher.

Assemblez l’appareil correctement avant de le brancher sur la prise secteur.
Utilisation de l’appareil
Mixeur plongeant
Le mixeur est destiné à :
- mélanger des ingrédients liquides, tels que des produits laitiers, sauces, jus de
fruits, soupes, cocktails et milk-shakes ;
- mixer des préparations à consistance molle, telles que de la pâte à crêpes ou de
la mayonnaise ;
- réduire en purée des aliments cuits, pour préparer des repas pour bébés par
exemple.

Fixez le mixeur plongeant au bloc moteur (clic) (fig. 2).

Plongez la protection dans les ingrédients (fig. 3).

Mettez l’appareil en marche en appuyant sur le bouton de vitesse normale ou
le bouton de vitesse Turbo.

Pour mixer les ingrédients, déplacez l’appareil lentement vers le haut et vers le
bas, tout en formant des cercles (fig. 4).
hachoir (hR1364/1363 uniquement)
Le hachoir sert à hacher des ingrédients tels que noix, viande, oignons, fromage à pâte
dure, œufs durs, ail, herbes, pain sec, etc.
Les lames sont très coupantes ! Soyez très prudent lorsque vous manipulez
l’ensemble lames, notamment lorsque vous le retirez du bol du hachoir, lorsque
vous videz ce dernier et lors du nettoyage.

Placez l’ensemble lames du hachoir dans le bol du hachoir (fig. 5).

Placez les ingrédients dans le bol du hachoir.

Placez l’unité d’assemblage sur le bol du hachoir (fig. 6).

Fixez le bloc moteur au bol du hachoir (clic) (fig. 7).

Mettez l’appareil en marche en appuyant sur le bouton de vitesse normale ou
le bouton de vitesse Turbo.
, Si les ingrédients s’accumulent sur les parois du bol du hachoir, détachez-les en
ajoutant du liquide ou à l’aide d’une spatule.
, Laissez toujours l’appareil refroidir après avoir haché de la viande.
Fouet (hR1364/hR1362 uniquement)
Le fouet sert à fouetter de la crème, à monter des blancs en neige, à préparer des
desserts, etc.

Fixez le fouet à l’unité d’assemblage (fig. 8).

Fixez l’unité d’assemblage au bloc moteur (clic) (fig. 9).

Placez les ingrédients dans un saladier.
Conseil : Pour un résultat optimal, utilisez un grand bol.

Plongez le fouet dans les ingrédients. Pour éviter les éclaboussures,
commencez par utiliser la vitesse normale en appuyant sur le bouton de
vitesse normale. (fig. 10)

Au bout d’une minute environ, continuez l’opération à la vitesse maximale en
appuyant sur le bouton de vitesse Turbo.
nettoyage

Débranchez l’appareil et retirez les accessoires avant le nettoyage.

Nettoyez le bol, le bol du hachoir (HR1364/HR1363 uniquement), l’ensemble
lames du hachoir (HR1364/HR1363 uniquement) et le fouet sans l’unité
d’assemblage (HR1364/HR1362 uniquement) au lave-vaisselle ou à l’eau
chaude savonneuse.
Il est conseillé de retirer le joint en caoutchouc du bol du hachoir avant de le
nettoyer.

L’ensemble lames du blender et le fouet peuvent également être nettoyés
alors qu’ils sont encore fixés au bloc moteur. Pour ce faire, recouvrez-les d’eau
chaude savonneuse et laissez l’appareil fonctionner quelques instants.

Essuyez le bloc moteur et l’unité d’assemblage du fouet (HR1364/HR1362
uniquement) et celle du hachoir (HR1364/HR1363 uniquement) avec un
chiffon humide.
Évitez de plonger le bloc moteur, l’unité d’assemblage du fouet (HR1364/HR1362
uniquement) et celle du hachoir (HR1364/HR1363 uniquement) dans l’eau.
Environnement
- Lorsqu’il ne fonctionnera plus, ne jetez pas l’appareil avec les ordures ménagères,
mais déposez-le à un endroit assigné à cet effet, où il pourra être recyclé. Vous
contribuerez ainsi à la protection de l’environnement (fig. 11).

Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio, leggete attentamente il presente manuale utente e
conservatelo per eventuali riferimenti futuri.
Pericolo
- Non immergete né risciacquate sotto l’acqua o altri liquidi il gruppo motore. Per
pulire il gruppo motore, utilizzate esclusivamente un panno umido.
Avvertenza
- Prima di collegare l’apparecchio, verificate che la tensione riportata sulla spina
corrisponda alla tensione disponibile.
- Non usate l’apparecchio nel caso in cui la spina, il cavo di alimentazione o altri
componenti risultassero danneggiati.
- Nel caso in cui il cavo di alimentazione fosse danneggiato, dovrà essere sostituito
presso i centri autorizzati Philips, i rivenditori specializzati oppure da personale
debitamente qualificato, per evitare situazioni pericolose.
- Non lasciate mai in funzione l’apparecchio incustodito.
- L’apparecchio non è destinato a persone (inclusi bambini) con capacità mentali,
fisiche o sensoriali ridotte, fatti salvi i casi in cui tali persone abbiano ricevuto
assistenza o formazione per l’uso dell’apparecchio da una persona responsabile
della loro sicurezza.
- Adottate le dovute precauzioni per evitare che i bambini giochino con
l’apparecchio.
- Non toccate le lame, soprattutto quando l’apparecchio è collegato alla presa di
corrente. Le lame sono estremamente affilate!
- Se la lame si bloccano, togliete la spina dalla presa di corrente prima di rimuovere
gli ingredienti che hanno bloccato le lame.
Attenzione
- Spegnete l’apparecchio e scollegatelo dall’alimentazione principale prima di
cambiare accessorio o di toccare parti che si muovono durante il normale
funzionamento.
- Questo apparecchio è destinato esclusivamente a uso domestico.
- Non superate le dosi massime e i tempi di lavorazione indicati nella tabella.
- Dopo tre cicli di utilizzo, lasciate che l’apparecchio si raffreddi e raggiunga la
temperatura ambiente prima di continuare a frullare gli alimenti.
Campi elettromagnetici (EMF)
Questo apparecchio Philips è conforme a tutti gli standard relativi ai campi
elettromagnetici (EMF). Se utilizzato in modo appropriato seguendo le istruzioni
contenute nel presente manuale utente, l’apparecchio consente un utilizzo sicuro
come confermato dai risultati scientifici attualmente disponibili.
Protezione contro il surriscaldamento
L’apparecchio è provvisto di uno speciale dispositivo di protezione termica che
spegne automaticamente l’apparecchio in caso di surriscaldamento. In questo caso,
togliete la spina dalla presa di corrente e lasciate raffreddare l’apparecchio per 5
minuti. Quindi, reinserite la spina nella presa a muro e riaccendete l’apparecchio. Se
il dispositivo di sicurezza della temperatura si attiva troppo spesso, vi preghiamo di
rivolgervi al vostro rivenditore Philips o a un Centro Assistenza autorizzato.
Primo utilizzo
Prima di utilizzare l’apparecchio per la prima volta, lavate con cura le parti che
verranno a contatto con il cibo (vedere il capitolo “Pulizia”).
Predisposizione dell’apparecchio

Lasciate raffreddare gli ingredienti prima di tritarli o versarli nell’apposito
bicchiere (temperatura massima 80° C).

Tagliate i pezzi più grandi in pezzetti di circa 2 cm prima di lavorarli.

Montate correttamente l’apparecchio prima di inserire la spina nella presa di
corrente.
Modalità d’uso dell’apparecchio
Frullatore a immersione
Il frullatore a immersione è particolarmente adatto per:
- frullare sostanze fluide come latticini, creme, succhi di frutta, zuppe, frappé, frullati;
- miscelare ingredienti morbidi come la pastella per i pancake o la maionese;
- preparare purea con cibi cotti (ad esempio nella preparazione di cibi per
bambini).

Collegate il frullatore al gruppo motore e bloccatelo in posizione (fig. 2).

Immergete completamente la protezione della lama negli ingredienti (fig. 3).

Accendete l’apparecchio premendo il pulsante di velocità normale o turbo.

Per frullare gli ingredienti, spostate lentamente l’apparecchio compiendo dei
movimenti in verticale e in senso circolare (fig. 4).
tritatutto (solo hR1364/1363)
Il tritatutto deve essere utilizzato per tritare ingredienti come noccioline, carne,
cipolle, formaggi stagionati, uova bollite, aglio, erbe e pane raffermo.
Le lame sono estremamente affilate; prestate molta attenzione durante l’uso del
gruppo lame, in particolare quando rimuovete il gruppo lame dal recipiente del
tritatutto per svuotarlo e pulirlo.

Mettete la lama del tritatutto nel recipiente del tritatutto (fig. 5).

Mettete gli ingredienti nel recipiente.

Posizionate l’unità di aggancio sul recipiente del tritatutto (fig. 6).

Serrate il gruppo motore sul recipiente fino a bloccarlo in posizione (fig. 7).

Accendete l’apparecchio premendo il pulsante di velocità normale o turbo.
, Se gli ingredienti si attaccano alle pareti del recipiente, discioglieteli
aggiungendo del liquido o utilizzando una spatola.
, Lasciate sempre raffreddare l’apparecchio prima di tritare la carne.

La frusta viene utilizzata per montare la panna, il bianco d’uovo, i dessert.

Collegate la frusta all’unità di aggancio (fig. 8).

Collegate l’unità di aggancio al gruppo motore e bloccatelo in posizione (fig. 9).

Mettete gli ingredienti in un contenitore.
Consiglio Per un risultato migliore, si consiglia l’uso di un recipiente molto capiente.

Immergete completamente la frusta negli ingredienti e per evitare schizzi,
selezionate inizialmente una velocità normale premendo il pulsante di velocità
normale. (fig. 10)

Continuate con la velocità turbo dopo circa 1 minuto premendo il pulsante di
velocità turbo.
Pulizia

Scollegate l’apparecchio e staccate gli accessori prima di pulirli.

Pulite il bicchiere, il recipiente del tritatutto (solo HR1364/HR1363), il gruppo
lame del tritatutto (solo HR1364/HR1363) e la frusta senza unità di aggancio
(solo HR1364/HR1362) nella lavastoviglie o in acqua calda con del detergente.
Prima di pulire l’apparecchio, si consiglia di togliere l’anello di gomma dal recipiente
del tritatutto.

Potete inoltre pulire il gruppo lame del frullatore e lo sbattitore anche se
ancora collegati al gruppo motore immergendoli in acqua calda con un po’ di
detersivo liquido e lasciando in funzione l’apparecchio per alcuni minuti.

Pulite il gruppo motore, l’unità di aggancio della frusta (solo HR1364/HR1362)
e l’unità di aggancio del tritatutto (solo HR1364/HR1363) con un panno
umido.
Non immergete il gruppo motore, l’unità di aggancio della frusta (solo HR1364/
HR1362) e l’unità di aggancio del tritatutto (solo HR1364/HR1363) in acqua.
tutela dell’ambiente
- Per contribuire alla tutela dell’ambiente, non smaltite l’apparecchio con normali i
rifiuti domestici, ma consegnatelo a un centro di raccolta autorizzato (fig. 11).

83450) presso il vostro rivenditore Philips o un Centro Assistenza Philips come
accessorio aggiuntivo per i modelli HR1364, HR1363, HR1362 e HR1361.
Utilizzate le dosi e i tempi di lavorazione del mini tritatutto anche per questo
accessorio.
