English – Instructions for Using Your Safety Helmet – SP06
USE: This lightweight safety helmet is designed to protect the head from falling objects in factory or building sites. The helmet can easily be used with earmuffs or a face shield thanks to its attachment slot.
ADJUSTMENT: Install the suspension of the helmet by inserting the four suspension hanger keys to the four key slots of the helmet (the brown pad is located at the front of the helmet). Adjust the sizing post of the headband according to size of your head until the helmet feels comfortably and snugly on your
head. The chin strap is installed to the helmet by inserting the hooks to the two chin strap attachment holes located on the two sides of the helmet. Adjust the buckle until the helmet feels comfortably and snugly on the head. Do not over tighten.
REQUIREMENTS: This safety helmet complies with the requirements of EN 397:1995 “Industrial safety helmets” and European directive 89/686/EEC.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE: Clean any part of the safety helmet with warm soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. A mild disinfectant can also be used. Do not use any abrasive materials or solvents.
STORAGE: When not in use it is recommended to store the safety helmet in a clean and dry plastic bag or case.
SUITABLE ACCESSORIES AND SPARE PARTS: Only use original accessories and spare parts made by the manufacturer.
DURATION OF USE: Regularly inspect for damage. If the shell or harness show any sign of damage they must be replaced immediately. The shelf life of this product, if stored and used correctly, is indefinite. We recommend however changing every 2 to 3 years as necessary.
SUITABLE PACKAGING TYPE FOR TRANSPORTATION: During transportation, helmets should be protected from any form of contamination or damage by the use of suitable packaging. Transport in a manner that will prevent physical or chemical damage.

APPLICATION : Ce casque de chantier léger a été conçu pour la protection de la tête contre la chute d’objets, soit dans une usine ou sur un site de construction. Le casque peut s’utiliser facilement avec un casque antibruit ou un masque de protection facial grâce aux attaches.
INSTALLATION : Installer la coiffe en introduisant les quatre pattes dans les quatre fentes prévues à cet effet sur le casque (la bande anti-sueur s’installe vers l’avant). Ajuster le serre-tête à la taille voulue jusqu’à ce que vous soyez confortable et bien ajusté. Installer la courroie du menton au casque en
insérant les crochets aux deux trous servant à attacher la courroie, situés de chaque côté. Ajuster la boucle d’ajustement jusqu’à ce que vous que vous soyez confortable et bien ajusté. Ne pas trop serrer.
DEMANDES : Ce casque de chantier est conforme aux demandes dans la directive européenne EN 397:1995 « Casques de protection pour l’industrie » et la directive européenne 89/686/EEC.
NETTOYAGE ET MAINTENANCE : Nettoyer le casque avec de l’eau savonneuse tiède et essuyer avec un chiffon doux. Un désinfectant doux peut également être utilisé. Éviter d’utiliser les produits abrasifs ou des solvants.
STOCKAGE : Lorsque le casque de chantier n’est pas utilisé, il est conseillé de la conserver dans un sac en plastique propre et sec ou une boîte.
ACCESSOIRES ET PIÈCES DE RECHANGE : N’utiliser que des accessoires et des pièces de rechange fournis par le fabricant.
DURÉE D’UTILISATION : Examiner régulièrement le casque de chantier. Si la coque ou le harnais montre des signes de dégât, ils doivent être remplacés de suite. La durée de conversation dans des conditions d’emmagasinage et d’utilisation corrects est indéfinie. Nous conseillons toutefois de remplacer le
casque de chantier tous les deux à trois ans.
TYPE DE CONITIONNEMENT ADAPTÉ AU TRANSPORT : Protéger les casques de chantier pendant le transport contre toute forme de contamination ou de dégât au moyen d’un conditionnement adapté afin d’éviter tout dégât physique ou chimique possible.

GEBRUIK: Deze lichtgewicht veiligheidshelm werd ontworpen voor de bescherming van het hoofd tegen vallende objecten in magazijnen en bouwwerven. De veiligheidshelm kan ook gebruikt worden samen met oorbeschermers of een gezichtsbescherming dankzij de clips.
INSTALLATIE: Installeer het harnas door de vier clips in de vier groeven te plaatsen (de zweetband hoort vooraan te komen). Regel de hoofdband volgens de grootte van het hoofd totdat de helm comfortabel en nauwsluitend vastzit. Installeer de kinriem door de haken in de groeven aan beide zijden van de
halm te plaatsen. Regel de gesp bij totdat de helm comfortabel en nauwsluitend vastzit. Haal de riem niet te strak aan.
VEREISTEN: Deze veiligheidshelm voldoet aan de vereisten van EN 397:1995 ‘Industriële veiligheidshelmen’ en de Europese richtlijn 89/686/EEC.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD: Reinig de veiligheidshelm met lauw zeepwater en droog af met een zachte doek. Een zacht ontsmettingsmiddel mag ook worden gebruikt. Gebruik geen schuurmiddelen of solventen.
OPSLAG: We raden aan de veiligheidshelm na elk gebruik te bewaren in een propere en droge plastic zak of doos.
AANGEPASTE ACCESSOIRES EN RESERVEONDERDELEN: Gebruik enkel accessoires en reserveonderdelen vervaardigd door de fabrikant.
GEBRUIKSDUUR: Controleer de veiligheidshelm regelmatig op beschadiging. Vervang het harnas of de schelp onmiddellijk bij beschadiging. De houdbaarheidsduur van dit product, indien correct bewaard en gebruikt, is onbeperkt. We raden echter aan de veiligheidshelm elke twee à drie jaar te vervangen.
AANGEPASTE TRANSPORTVERPAKKING: Bescherm de veiligheidshelm tijdens het transport tegen elke vorm van contaminatie en beschadiging aan de hand van een aangepaste verpakking. Kies voor een transportmethode dat fysische en chemische beschadiging uitsluit.

APLICACIÓN: Este casco de seguridad ha sido diseñado para la protección de la cabeza contra la caída de objetos, en almacenes o terrenos de construcción. Gracias a los clips es posible utilizar el casco fácilmente con un protector auditivo o una pantalla.
INSTALACIÓN: Instale el arnés introduciendo los cuatro clips en las cuatro ranuras del casco (la banda de sudor se coloca hacia delante). Ajuste la cinta al tamaño deseado hasta que esté cómoda y bien ajustada. Instale el barbijo al casco introduciendo los ganchos en las ranuras de ambos lados que sirven
para fijar la hebilla. Ajuste la hebilla hasta que el casco esté cómodo y bien ajustado. No la tense demasiado.
REQUISITOS: Este casco de seguridad cumple con los requisitos de EN 397:1995 « Cascos de protección para la industria » y la norma europea 89/686/EEC.
LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO: Limpie el casco de seguridad
con agua jabonosa tibia y un paño suave. También puede utilizar un desinfectante suave. No utilice productos abrasivos ni disolventes.
ALMACENAMIENTO: Al no utilizar el casco de seguridad, guárdelo en un en una bolsa de plástico limpio y seco.
ACCESORIOS Y PIEZAS DE RECAMBIO: Utilice sólo accesorios y piezas de recambio del fabricante.
DURACIÓN DEL USO: Controle el casco de seguridad regularmente. Reemplace el casco inmediatamente si el exterior o el arnés están dañados. Se conserva indefinidamente al utilizarlo de manera correcta. Sin embargo, reemplace el casco de seguridad cada dos o tres años.
EMBALAJE DE TRANSPORTE ADAPTADO: Proteja los cascos de seguridad durante el transporte contra cualquier forma de contaminación o daños con un embalaje adecuado. Elija un método de transporte que evite cualquier daño físico o químico.

ANWENDUNG: Dieser leichte Schutzhelm wurde zum Schutz vor fallenden Gegenständen in Lagern und Baustellen entworfen. Der Schutzhelm kann dank der Befestigungsklammern auch zusammen mit einem Gehörschützer oder einem Gesichtschutzschirm verwendet werden.
INSTALLATION: Installieren Sie die Innenausstattung, indem Sie die vier Befestigungsklammern in die vier Rillen stecken (sorgen Sie dafür, dass das Schweißband sich an der Vorderseite befindet). Regeln Sie das Kopfband gemäß der Hauptgröße bis der Schutzhelm komfortabel sitzt und eng anliegt.

APLICAÇÃO : Este capacete de obra ligeiro foi concebido para a protecção da cabeça contra a queda de objectos, numa fábrica ou obra. Este capacete pode ser utilizado com protectores auditivos ou mascara de protecção com os suportes.
INSTALAÇÃO : Instalar a parte superior introduzindo os quatro suportes nas fendas previstas para esse enfeito no capacete (a parte anti suor é instalada para a frente). Ajustar o aperto de cabeça até se sentir confortável e bem ajustado. Instalar a correia de queixo ao capacete nos orifícios previstos de cada
lado. Não aperte muito o capacete, deve se sentir confortável e não apertado.
UTILIZAÇÃO : Este capacete de obra responde as normas e directivas europeias EN 397:1995 « Capacete de protecção para a indústria » directiva europeia 89/686/EEC.
LIMPEZA E MANUTENÇÃO : Limpar o capacete com água morna e limpar com um pano. Um desinfectante ligeiro pode ser utilizado. Evitar produtos abrasivos ou solventes.
