Scroll to Voice Mail and press OK.

Scroll to Speaker On/Off and press OK
The loudspeaker at the base station is activated and

To deactivate, press OK with Speaker On/Off se-
lected again.
Delete the current message
Remote Operation
You can check your answering machine messages
from any other telephone (e.g. cell phone, pay
phone).
You will find instructions for this in credit card for-
mat in the appendix.
Accessing the Answering Machine
Remotely
Dial your own telephone number.
While you are hearing your announcement:

Press the 9 key then enter your PIN.
You are informed whether new messages have
been recorded. When you hear the new messages
you have the following options:
 Go to the start of the current message.
To go to back to previous messages (press repeat-
edly).
or
- Pause.
Continue (press once more).
You can only operate your answering ma-
chine remotely if you have changed the facto-
ry default PIN (0000) from home (see
page 45).
